Bring your items and make a little extra money through our 60/40 split. Or, donate the proceeds from the sale of your items to BSAA as a charitable contribution which is deductible on your tax return!
Drop off items 5:00-7:00pm, March 4th
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Clean all items
- Tag them with a 3x5 note card (example below) Put your first and last initial, and the last 4 digits of your phone number in the top left corner. On the right top corner, indicate the SIZE and B for Boy or G for Girl. Add a description of item in the center of the card, PUT THE PRICE in the bottom right hand corner of the card – and that’s it, simple!
- Place a red star in the bottom-left corner if you wish to donate the proceeds to BSAA

Join BSAA for a consignment sales to help benefit future ball park needs, while being “green” and reusing great items for playing ball! It’s the right thing to do!
All things Baseball & Softball (EXCEPT for Caps & BSAA issued jerseys) Meaning: ball socks, gloves, uniform pants and or shorts, cleats, catchers gear, batting helmets, batting gloves,( bats-these can be EXPENSIVE!) heart guard shirts, sliding pants, jackets, bat bags and any training equipment.
Best Practices
- Be sure Cleats are CLEAN and held together with a twist tie or string.
- DON’T use rubber bands because they tend to break causing confusion when trying to find the “match.”
- Tag jackets and MLB TYPE jerseys in the left shoulder (that’s the shoulder that your left arm go in) and hang on a wire hanger with a safety pin.
- Tag all pants and shorts at the waist band on the left side DO NOT hang.
- Tag bats, gloves, catchers gear and other items batting machines other training type items with tape.
If you are donating your equipment, we will keep record of sales for your tax deductions!
