NASHVILLE SOUNDS - BELLEVUE SPORTS NIGHT, Tuesday, July 27, 2010
As many of you know, the Nashville Sounds Foundation has stepped up in tremendous fashion to support BSAA since the flood. They have delivered many items to the park in the last week which were lost during the flood. Items to equip the concession stand, replace lost field equipment, and baseball/softball supplies are coming in each day!
In addition to all of this, we have coordinated a night at a Sounds game where 100% of the money from tickets we sell will be given to the park. We have joined with Harpeth Youth Soccer Association for this night to make the most out of this night. BSAA and HYSA will split the proceeds from this event 50-50 to benefit both organizations.
The flyer has all of the information on it (DOWNLOAD). Please note you must order tickets using this form and mail it in to the address on the flyer. The sounds will mail the tickets to the person who orders them. We are using the HYSA address and they are staffed there 100% of the time. This is a great night for the teams to see a game together and support the strength of the Bellevue community. Feel free to send this out to businesses who might want to pitch in and buy some tickets.
Please follow the instructions on the form. We are receiving a $12.00 regularly price reserved seat ticket for $10.00. Tickets bought through other means will not be eligible for this fundraiser.
- Fill out the order form.
- Include proper payment information. Please make checks payable to the Nashville Sounds Foundation.
- Return the completed order form to the address provided below no later than Tuesday, July 20, 2010.
NOTE: If you would like to sit together as a team, please mail all ticket order forms back together as one bulk order. - Once the order has been fulfilled by the Sounds Box Office, the tickets will be mailed to the address provided on the ticket order form.
Please note we will only receive money from the sale of tickets if the form is used. The Sounds are not allowed to give us proceeds from walk up ticket sales or those purchased online.
